Dynamic Emotional Therapy
Hypnotherapy as a holistic concept
Dynamic Emotional Therapy is an advanced development that integrates the concept into a more powerful whole and the component that I myself had been searching for. I had always felt that something was missing in traditional hypnotherapy. Regardless of whether I used NLP, suggestion therapy, or regression/gestalt therapy (R2C), I always lacked a deeper dimension. My breakthrough came in the middle of my career when I found the final piece. Over 90% of my clients consult me for some form of emotional issue that traditional hypnotherapy cannot fully address. In 2012, I realized that the traditional form only solved parts of the client’s problem, which led to my further development of the therapy process. Despite initial sessions seeming sufficient, I became aware that something was missing.
This advanced form focuses on a level deeper than the subconscious, with particular emphasis on the relationships between parents and children on an unconscious and sometimes metaphysical level. Closeness, security, and affirmation are important for a child’s development, and these needs are primarily met by the parents. Dynamic Emotional Therapy aims to open the client’s receptivity on a deeper level to enable emotional release and insight into the conditions of external parties. The therapy includes three crucial sessions that build on each other and have made my therapies much more powerful.
The method is a self-developed process based on nearly 25 years of experience and is built on the client’s attachment model through three strategic therapy processes. Since 2013, the dynamic emotional model has dominated my therapy and now constitutes 99% of my practice. This method is taught only through my trainings and this book.
Here are some of the benefits of Dynamic Emotional Therapy:
The book “Dynamic Emotional Therapy” presents an advanced form of hypnotherapy. It focuses on how attachment patterns affect our emotional well-being and offers therapeutic techniques to process and improve these patterns. Through practical exercises and case studies, I demonstrate how dynamic emotional therapy can help individuals overcome emotional blockages and promote personal growth.
